November 2005 Update

We started looking at the Ritz Carlton Inner Harbor project in Baltimore Maryland (outside of Washington DC) just about a year ago. I visited the site & sales center while it was under construction in November of 2004. Well, here we are, one year later & we I think we found a bell-ringer.

As Ive always preached "you gotta find these projects early", I anticipate that the buyers that we turned onto this project should experience great growth in their purchases. Due to our relationship with the developer we were able to offer some special contract incentives to our buyers. I have a few more days to offer those incentives.

I was invited to the formal ground breaking ceremony with the Baltimore Mayor in November. It was an honor to be part of ceremony! Five years of planning & the project is now under construction. I toured many areas of Baltimore. There are cranes and construction crews everywhere. This is a City that is in its early "Coming Out" stage. Prior to the ceremony I met with the developer in New York City at their 5th Avenue corporate headquarters. I was brought up to date on the next three Condo Pre Construction projects they are working on. I'll let you know the details before the projects go out to the public. One of the projects is another Ritz Carlton Residence project that will even rival this Baltimore project. It will be much higher priced also.

Now that construction has started, I anticipate a price increase very soon at the Baltimore project. Lots of media hype here in Baltimore regarding this project and future developments in the Inner Harbor of Baltimore. Plenty of local interest - Politicians from Washington, Doctors, Educators and Research executives from Johns Hopkins University and Medical Center all wanting to live at the Ritz.

Thursday, November 17th was Ground Breaking day. The developers, Ritz Carlton Representatives and Mayor of Baltimore turning the 1st shovel of ground (actually the site construction had started already).

Me on the left & my associate Jonathan Pfeffer on the right. Jonathan is part of the Development group and family that is developing the Ritz Carlton project. Another one of my Pre-Construction Secrets is "Get Close To The Developer". I have done that here through my friendship & association with Jonathan.

Me in the formal Ritz Carlton sales center in Baltimore across the street from the construction site. This is a 1st class sales center that will appeal to the ultimate end user resident buyer at the Ritz. In true Ritz Carlton fashion, no detail has been overlooked. Those are real flowers to my right. Living at the Worlds 1st Ritz Carlton Residence is a rare opportunity for those individuals that enjoy living the life of Grand Luxury that the Ritz Carlton Baltimore Inner Harbor will provide them.
