Before we offer these opportunities to you, we ask questions and research the developer, the sales contact and the location (this is called due diligence).

This extension of a well renowned resort (and the only location that's on water), on Miami Beach is being built on the six-acre site of a late 1950s historic Hotel on Miami Beach.
