My Visit to the Windy City

They said Chicago was windy...


I guess they were right - look at my hair - yikes!
I made a visit to Chicago to check out a
preconstruction project we recently found.


This is a flagship building and will have a Five Star Rating
when completed.

  • There will be 150 total units in this Tower.
  • The lower floors will consist of Condo Hotel units.
  • Condo Residences will be on floors 55 to 74.
  • Pricing starts $582,000 for 762 sq/ft and goes to $1,550,000 for 1600 sq/ft.
  • Units priced approximately $600 to $1,000 per sq/ft depending on the unit Parking is optional.
  • Each space is $75,000 and each unit is initialed to one space.
  • Sales started August 2006 - Approx 25% units sold so far
  • Target start Spring 2007 - Target completion Summer 2009

Amenities Include:
10 foot ceiling heights, hardwood floors, Stark carpeting, Ann Sacks Tile, Granite, Marble, Sub Zero Refrigerator, Miele Dishwasher and Washer and Dryer, Valcucine Cabinets. There will be a design center with many more upgrades available such as (heated floors, etc.)
Building Features:
Each residence condo unit will have a separate entrance, with valet service, and concierge service.
Owners will have use of the Two Five Star Restaurants, the Bar, the Tea Room, the Fitness Center with indoor Pool, and a 32,000 square foot Spa.
