How Could I Say No?
One of my associates in the Orlando area asked me to help her out. She has a direct tie to the developer on a Pre Construction Project.
How can we say NO when we have such a large group of people (like yourself) who are interested in Pre Construction 0pportunities? My associate describes this as a "don't miss out" Pre Construction 0pportunity - so here are the details......
First of all, this a Condo-Hotel in the 0rlando area. This is a "brand new" condo-hotel for us, not to be confused with "another" Orlando Condo Hotel that we are also promoting. Condo Hotels are enjoying tremendous popularity in South Florida.

This Full Service Luxury Resort Condo Hotel will have 2 buildings. There will be 472 units - each unit is fully furnished. The 2 buildings are designed in the tradition of Venetian Architecture. It will boast of elegantly landscaped grounds and designer furnishings. The 2 story marble finished lobby will have a 40 foot high ceiling with a winding staircase to the clubhouse. Completion is scheduled for early 2008.

The floor plans are unique with an owner "lock-out" on the 2 and 3 bedroom floor plans.
