DESCRIPTION: A Multi-phase residential and commercial development, a 200 slip Marina with adjoining restaurants and shops.

Phases 1 and 2 will consist of twin 16-story towers overlooking the harbor and the Marina, and a 3rd tower of lower priced residences not on the water.
